well, I live with 6 friends in a house in UK, and we share the internet wirelessly, they don't let me use the port forwarding, because they said it is very risky for their PC. But I always download things using U torrent, the speek is bloody terriblely slow, some don't even start to have download rate.:cry2:

is there a way that I can use port forwarding safely without spending too much money?

also is there a way that can split the speed of the internet for certain user? cause you know while downloading using Bit Torrent, it take all the speed from the internet, so they were also complain about the speed of their internet.
